Curative got in early in the fight against CoVID-19. They had to scale their testing operations fast. We integrated an operations database with fleet data and to make sure all sites where stocked and ready.

- Process Improvement: Streamlined printed and creative marketing assets pipeline creating an automated and seamless link between field operations, production, and vendors.
- ERP Development: Together with Operations, Software, and Supply Chain teams I designed and implemented, tested, and deployed an integrated task management and ERP solution (threading our custom software’s API, Asana, Airtable, Salesforce, and Jira) which allowed VPs to monitor workload and needs, saving hundreds of thousands of dollars and time. In particular, the software team benefited from internal and external feedback in the form of a user story repository which connected in automation with their preferred issue-tracking software (Jira).
- Productization of Services: Approached the implementation of processes as a products, delivering standards to teams across 50 states.
